These terms provide general website information. Service-specific terms, scope, pricing and schedules will be confirmed in writing with each quotation or contract.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to a site survey. Additional work or changed site conditions may require a revised price.

Bookings and access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site, utilities where agreed and accurate information about hazards or special requirements.

Service standards

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Any concerns should be reported promptly so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange corrective action.

Pest control

Pest control is marked as “Coming Soon” and is not currently offered as an active service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Detailed liability provisions may be included in individual service contracts.
